    Working Principle

    Ultrasonic generator: The ultrasonic generator inside the machine converts electrical energy into a high-frequency electrical signal (usually between 20kHz and 40kHz).
    Transducer: The high-frequency electrical signal is converted into mechanical vibration by a transducer. The transducer is usually made of a piezoelectric material, which is capable of generating thickness variations to produce ultrasonic waves.
    Welding Head (or Processing Head): The mechanical vibration is transmitted to the welding area through the welding head. The weld head pushes the two plastic parts to be welded together, bringing them into contact.
    Heat generation: When pressure is applied by the weld head, ultrasonic waves generate frictional heat on the contact surfaces, heating and melting the plastic in the contact area. The welding process lasts a few seconds, enough to melt the material.
    Cooling and Curing: After the ultrasonic waves and pressure are stopped, the melted plastic rapidly cools and cures, creating a permanent welded connection.
